I take refuge in my nudity.

From human inhumanity,
may my nudity protect me.

From pseudo-civilization,
may my nudity protect me.

From all sickness and weakness,
may my nudity protect me.

From all needless discomfort,
may my nudity protect me.

From baseless judgment,
may my nudity protect me.

From senseless cruelty,
may my nudity protect me.

From the world's insanity,
may my nudity protect me.

May my nudity keep me human,
may my nudity keep me real,
may my nudity keep me healthy,
may my nudity grant me comfort,
may my nudity make me accepting,
may my nudity make me kind,
may my nudity keep me sane.

May my nudity make me always
strong, kind, compassionate, and human.

So may it be.
