विशमॆ दुर्गमॆ चैव भयार्ताः शरणं गताः || 6 ||
agninA dahyamAnAstu shatrumadhyagatA raNE |
vishamE durgamE chaiva bhayArtAH sharaNaM gatAH || 6 ||
When threatened by fire or in the midst of enemies in war,
when feeling fear in difficulty or adversity, those who take refuge (in the DevI)
