Nirvana Shatakam of Shankara I - मनो बुद्धि अहंकार चित्तानि नाहं

मनो बुद्धि अहंकार चित्तानि नाहं,

न च ष्रोत्र जिह्वे न च घ्राण नेत्रे.

न च व्योम भूमिर्न तेजो न वायुः

चिदानन्दरूपः षिवोऽहम्‌ षिवोऽहम्‌

mano buddhi ahaMkAra cittAni nAhaM,

na ca Srotra jihvE na ca ghrANa nEtrE,

na ca vyoma bhUmir na tEjo na vAyuH.

cidAnandarUpaH Sivo'ham, Sivo'ham.

I am neither mind nor intelligence nor ego nor memory,

neither ears nor tongue nor nose nor eyes.

Neither am I the sky nor the earth, nor fire nor wind.

In the form of blissful consciousness, I am Shiva, I am Shiva.

Upanishad LIII - He Lives in an Illusion / वह एक भ्रम में रहता है

He lives in an illusion,

clothed in an illusion,

where past and future are illusions.

Only consciousness is real.

वह एक भ्रम में रहता है,

एक भ्रम में कपड़े पहने,

जहां अतीत और भविष्य भ्रम हैं।

नग्न कहते हैं:

केवल चेतना ही वास्तविक है।

Upanishad LII - He Is Comfortable in His Body / वह अपने शरीर में सहज है

He is comfortable in his body,

but more comfortable in his consciousness.

Nagna says:

Without this body, he can be more naked.

वह अपने शरीर में सहज है,

लेकिन वह अपनी चेतना में अधिक सहज है।

नग्न कहते हैं:

इस शरीर के बिना वह अधिक नग्न हो सकता है।

He is light, emerging from the shadows,

he is life, emerging from potentiality.

He is Consciousness, he is Consciousness.

He is one of us.

वह प्रकाश है, छाया से निकलता है,

वह जीवन है, क्षमता से उभर रहा है।

वह चेतना है, वह चेतना है।

नग्न कहते हैं:

वह हम में से एक है।

Upanishad L - He Rises from the Astral Mists / वह सूक्ष्म तल से उगता है

He rises from the astral mists,

bearing messages.

It is they who wish to speak,

not he.

They tell us that they, and we, do not die.

वह सूक्ष्म तल से उगता है,

असर संदेश।

यह वे हैं जो बोलने की इच्छा रखते हैं,

वह नहीं।

नग्न कहते हैं:

वे हमें बताते हैं कि वे, और हम, मरते नहीं हैं।

Upanishad XLIX - The Universe Is Conscious / ब्रह्मांड सचेत है

The universe is conscious,

and loaded with life.
