The raven woods have many trees. They are behind my new house. The dog cannot enter them alone, because there is a metal fence. I love my new house, and the raven woods.

My Nakedness Protects Me / ᎠᏆ ᎤᏰᎸᎮᏦ ᎠᏓᏍᏕᎸᏓᏎ ᎠᏴ
My nakedness protects me,
if only for a short time,
from the intrusions
of a world gone mad.
My nakedness is
a sliver of sanity
in a world of farce,
something real
in the midst of
illusion.
Sun and wind
on my body
are strength
and truth.
Old age is transformed
to youth.
